Dfe Funding Agreement Academies

If the Academy you are looking at does not have a funding agreement, please contact us by clicking here and filling out the form. The DfE recently released new model funding agreements for single and multi-Academy mainstream academies and free schools. Perhaps the most significant changes in funding agreements relate to governance. The DfE has approved revised versions of the Master Funding Agreement (AMF), the Single Supplemental Funding Agreement (SSFA) and the Supplementary Fund Agreement (SFA), which means that all academies opened on or after 1 April 2018 will have to use the new model agreements. The DfE has not yet published revised standard funding agreements for non-traditional projects, such as: the DfE requires all mainstream academies and free schools to do so on or after 1 September 2014, the Commission opened its doors to the use of the updated agreements. Established academy trusts considering updating their existing funding agreement to the latest model should contact us via esfa`s online application form. If you are forming a multi-Academy trust, use the master financing contract for the Trust as a whole. Each of the trust schools will then use the corresponding supplementary funding agreement. Each academy needs an SFA that operates alongside the AMF, and these agreements should be read in conjunction with each other.
