Bank Customer Agreement

If you agree to accept disclosures electronically, we may use electronic means to provide you with some or all of the information relating to banking products or services that we will provide to you now or in the future. Your consent is not limited to the online and mobile banking service, deposit accounts or other banking products or services you use if you grant us. We are not obliged to provide you with all information and records in electronic form. From time to time, we may provide you with certain disclosures or records on paper or in another non-electronic form, but even if we do, we may subsequently provide them electronically. In order to use the service, you must be a current customer of the online bank and have previously agreed to obtain information electronically. You must be an authorized signatory on one or more of our authorized current accounts for the service. Most of our deposit accounts with recurring periodic settlements, such as checking, savings and money market accounts, are eligible for the service. From time to time, we may qualify other types of accounts for the Service. You can contact us to find out which of your accounts are eligible by emailing us at [email protected], writing to the client bank`s online banking department, 99 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA 19460, or calling us at 866-476-2265.

You agree that, if the transfer instructions identify a bank or beneficiary on the basis of the name and account number, the relevant financial institution may only carry out these instructions by referring to the account number, even if the number does not conform to the name. They acknowledge that these financial institutions are not authorized to investigate differences between names and account numbers. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible for investigating differences between name and account numbers. This agreement regulates your use of online and mobile banking. The terms set forth in this Agreement apply in addition to any other bank account agreement, rules, disclosures, procedures, standards, guidelines or signature cards regarding your deposits, loans or other business dealings with the Bank (collectively, „Account Information”). Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, all terms, agreements, advertisements and fees set forth in the account openings, as provided by the Bank and amended from time to time, remain in full force and effect. If this agreement conflicts with any other agreement or disclosure of accounts we have with you, that agreement will only take precedence and priority to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict or inconsistency. In addition, your access to and use of online and mobile banking is subject to any terms or instructions that may appear on a screen when you activate, access or use online and mobile banking, the rules and regulations of a money transfer system used in connection with online and mobile banking, as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulations. all, in the version as amended from time to time….
